Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order size and weight

All shipping rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

International

  • International shipping times vary by destination and carrier

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where available

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Jumsie Australia is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
