Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you don’t absolutely love your Jumsie, we’re happy to offer a return for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


Returns Window

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is deemed faulty.

All returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • ÅUnworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges incur a $9 return shipping fee.

Full-Priced Items

We accept returns and refunds on full-priced items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping fee


Sale Items

All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Sale items are part of our final clearance and are not eligible for change of mind returns.

In the unlikely event that a sale item is faulty, we will assess the issue and may offer a store credit where appropriate.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We carry out rigorous quality control; however, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
