What is a Jumsie?

A Jumsie is our signature all-in-one comfort piece, designed for lounging, sleeping, playing and everyday wear. Made from soft, breathable bamboo fabric, Jumsies are stretchy, cosy, and thoughtfully designed with real life in mind.

What makes Jumsie different?

Jumsies are designed in Australia with function + comfort at the core. Features may include:

  • Built-in sock cuffs on selected styles

  • Toilet-friendly openings (no getting naked!)

We offer a range of sizes for kids and adults.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit.

Are Jumsies true to size?

Yes — Jumsies are designed to be fitted yet stretchy thanks to our bamboo fabric. They are not restrictive, but not oversized unless stated.

What fabric are Jumsies made from?

Our Jumsies are made from a premium bamboo blend, chosen for its:

How do I wash my Jumsie?

To keep your Jumsie looking and feeling amazing:

  • Cold machine wash

  • Gentle cycle

  • Wash inside out

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Lay flat or hang to dry

Proper care helps maintain softness and shape.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia and internationally, excluding the USA.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: during launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I return or exchange my Jumsie?

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items.

What if my item is faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos
